Terra Soma Yoga exists at the confluence of hatha yoga, somatics and embodied nature connection. The intention of this practice is explore, embody and express movement from the experience of being in our physical bodies. It draws on inspiration from the wider body of the earth, and the undeniable universal truth that we are nature.
