We want you to be happy with your order — but if something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Change of Mind?

We offer refunds on items returned within 10 days of delivery, as long as they’re:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

Because many of our items are used during your wellness rituals, we can’t accept returns on anything that’s been opened or used.

Return shipping is at your cost, and we recommend using a tracked service to make sure it gets back to us safely.

Something Not Right?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as you can with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll sort it from there.
