Join the Sauna Fest 26 Village

We're curating a unique wellness experience and are seeking health-focused vendors to nourish our community. If you offer wholesome, delicious meals that support a weekend of sauna, we invite you to apply. We're especially interested in vendors who can provide a range of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options alongside meat choices.

We're looking for everything from breakfasts and lunches to dinners, desserts, juices, smoothies, and healthy snacks. If you feel your offerings would be a perfect fit, please apply!

TRADING REQUIREMENTS
Please stay trading on sight for the duration of the festival - 15-17 May 2026.

VENDOR FEES
TIER 1 - $300
3M frontage - Suitable for gazebo style vendor set up or small food truck/cart
TIER 2 - $450
More than 3M frontage - Suitable for larger vendor set up, double space requirements, large food truck more than 3M in length
***Vendor fees include 2x festival tickets per 3M frontage reserved, free onsite camping and power, & water supply

PAYMENT OF VENDOR FEES
Successful applicants will be required to pay for their site and any additional tickets within 1 week of their invoice being issued to secure their site. Vendor fees are inclusive of GST.

CASH & EFTPOS
You’re welcome to use one or the other or both. There will be WIFI available if required for EFTPOS machines.

HOURS & KEY DATES
A guideline for vendors:
Fri: 2pm – till late | Sat: 8am – till late | Sun: 8am – 3pm
*Variance in trading hours can be discussed with The Sauna Fest prior to the event.

2026 KEY DATES
15 February - Applications close
1 March – Applicants notified
1 May – Pre-festival briefing email sent

PACK-IN / PACK-OUT
Pack in - From 9am Friday 15 May. All market stall holders must to be on site, set up and ready for trade by 2pm.
Pack-out - From 3pm Sunday 17 May.
