    FAITH POPPY DOREY-LARK

I specialise in lymphatic drainage massage — a gentle yet powerful treatment that supports the body’s natural detoxification, reduces inflammation, and enhances overall well-being. Using slow, rhythmic techniques, I stimulate lymph flow to help relieve bloating, puffiness, and water retention while promoting radiant skin and improved circulation.

My approach is holistic and tailored to each individual. I take the time to understand your lifestyle and health, offering guidance and simple at-home practices to support lasting results. Each session is a deeply relaxing, full-body experience designed to leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and radiant from within.
