    Madelyn and Alexandra are both diploma qualified, remedial massage therapists bringing quality healing to you. Remedial and deep tissue massage, cupping therapy, hot stone massage and even dry needling will all be available. Here to help make sure you leave Sauna Fest feeling the best you can!

    I specialise in lymphatic drainage massage — a gentle yet powerful treatment that supports the body’s natural detoxification, reduces inflammation, and enhances overall well-being.     I am a Birth Keeper, Postpartum Doula, and

    Deep Tissue Practitioner from Wales, United Kingdom. I believe in the upholding of sacred, ancestral rituals and practices for women to be honoured and held within all cycles of life. 

    At Sauna Fest I will be holding a Women's Deep Tissue Massage Space, a gentle, grounded and deeply nourishing healing practice. If you feel the call, I warmly invite you to join me in this sacred space.
