Repeat this process 3 times over 1 hour

Bring 2 towels and bottled water.
Arrive atleast 5-10 minutes before your session to make the most of your time 😊
We recommend getting wet before entering the sauna, there are cold showers available or have a quick dip in the moana before your session starts.🌊
