Join the Sauna Fest 26 Market

We're curating a special market area and want to hear from passionate vendors who align with our health and wellness vision. We're looking for unique products that enhance the sauna journey or celebrate a vibrant lifestyle.

We'd love to see applications from vendors selling goods such as sauna-related gear like apparel, towels, swimwear, and accessories, as well as art, crafts, and other wellness-focused products. If your products are a perfect match, apply today to be a part of our festival community!

TRADING REQUIREMENTS
Please stay trading on sight for the duration of the festival - 15-17 May 2026.

MARKET STALL FEES
TIER 1 - $150
3M frontage - Suitable for gazebo style set up
TIER 2 - $250
More than 3M frontage - Suitable for larger set up, double space requirements
***Market stall fees include 2x festival tickets, 1x car pass or 1x powered site pass and full use of all amenities.

PAYMENT OF MARKET STALL FEES
Successful applicants will be required to pay for their site and any additional tickets within 1 week of their invoice being issued to secure their site. Market stall fees are inclusive of GST.

CASH & EFTPOS
You’re welcome to use one or the other or both. There will be WIFI available if required for EFTPOS machines.

HOURS & KEY DATES
A guideline for market stalls - Market stall holders are welcome to operate within their own flow of time, but please be mindful to be present at your shop during the busiest hours of the day. This keeps our market alive and vibrant. Please honor trading requirements of staying on site for the duration of the festival.

2026 KEY DATES
15 February - Applications close
1 March – Applicants notified
1 May – Pre-festival briefing email sent

PACK-IN / PACK-OUT
Pack in - From 9am Friday 15 May. All market stall holders must to be on site, set up and ready for trade by 2pm.
Pack-out - From 3pm Sunday 17 May.
