An open-to-all guided sauna session. Enjoy 15 minutes of heat in the sauna, followed by a cooling ocean plunge or shower, repeated as a group over 60 or 90 minutes. Social, welcoming, and restorative.

Social sessions are limited to 9 bookings, creating a group experience while still sharing the sauna space with others. It’s a great opportunity to connect with like-minded people in your community.

Want the sauna to yourself? Book the sauna exclusively during select private session times. Perfect for groups, celebrations, or business functions looking for a unique wellness experience.

Private sessions give your group exclusive access to the sauna for the hour. The sauna can accommodate up to 9 people comfortably, but how many join is entirely up to you.

Private sessions are $185 for 60 minutes, giving your group exclusive access to the sauna for the duration of your booking. If want the sauna for longer, please reach out by email.
